Who we are
Roundz is operated by Roundz Limited, the data controller — a company registered in Scotland (company number SC896346), registered office Office 569, 18 Young Street, Unit LGE, Edinburgh EH2 4JB. Before 18 July 2026 the service was operated by Gordon Calder, trading as The Owners Co; responsibility for your data transferred to Roundz Limited on that date. Contact: hello@roundz.co.uk.
Business accounts
We hold your organisation’s name, contact details, and the rounds you plan, to run your distributions and produce your coverage reports. We don’t sell data or use it for anything beyond running the service.
Walker location data
Distributors’ locations are captured only between starting and submitting a round, with a visible in-app recording indicator. Raw location data is deleted automatically after 90 days (kept longer only while a dispute is open). Businesses never see raw location traces — only simplified coverage trails and per-address results. During the same recording window the app also counts steps, distance and floors climbed from the phone’s motion sensors; these totals contain no location, are shown only to the walker and our admin (never to businesses), and are kept with the round record.
Walker waitlist
If you join the distributor waitlist we store your email address for one purpose: telling you when distributor sign-up opens in Edinburgh. Ask any time and we’ll remove it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing the address above.
