Delete your account

How to ask

Email hello@roundz.co.uk from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you can’t use that address, tell us the name and phone number on the account and we’ll check it’s you before going ahead. We’ll confirm by email once your account is deleted, within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

Your sign-in, your profile (name, phone number, home postcode and date of birth), your payout account link and any Route Tester application. Once deleted you can’t sign in again with that account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Raw location from rounds you walked is deleted automatically 90 days after it was recorded, or once any open dispute about that round is settled.
• Records of rounds you walked and what you were paid, including your signed Route Tester agreement, for as long as UK tax and company law requires, normally six years. We may also have to report what we paid you to HMRC.
• The simplified coverage trail of a round you walked, which the business that paid for it keeps as part of its report. It doesn’t carry your name.

Payouts

Payments are made through Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own privacy policy. Any money already owed to you for verified work is still paid before your account is closed.
